Planning for the final task: location, health, schedule and more

 Schedule:

3/1/21- 3/2/21:

Actors will revive script and storyboard. This will give the actors time to take in the film and understand what they will do and prepare for their roles. During this time the actors will be able to ask any questions about the film and eliminate any confusion before filming.

3/3/21

All props and costumes will be gathered in order to prepare for filming to begin. This will help as it wouldn't leave me in a rush at the end to get the supplies I need while making sure that I have them without risking a store not having it in stock.

3/4/21- 3/22/21:

The first set of filming will take place. During this time I will record all takes of the scenes with different angles. This will then allow me to review what I like and didn't like in the following days.

3/23/21- 3/24/21:

The first part of editing will take place. In these days I will review all the takes closely and make sure that I have scenes that I want keep and others that I might have to redo.

3/25/21- 3/26/21:

These two days will make the last days of filming. During this time all the takes that were marked for redos will be reshot to fix their mistakes. This will also allow me to make any changes if needed.

3/27/21- 3/28/21:

These days will mark the last day of editing. In these days I will have all the scenes recorded and entered into the editing process and make sure that everything looks smooth and ready to be turned in. After these days, my film should be ready to be turned in if everything checks out in peer review.

3/29/21- Submission to Cambridge

During this time, I will have peers review my film making sure that everything looks good. I will also be focusing on the required reflection questions, making sure I can answer them completely while using media terminology. This will happen until the day that I submit My film to Cambridge for it to be graded.

Location:

This film will be filmed at Village Park at Oakland. The reason this will be the film set is because it's an apartment complex which the story revolves around. This is a perfect location as it fits the story and is quite enough so that surrounding noice doesn't interfere with the scene.

Health and Safety:
To ensure the safety of everyone working on the project we will get Covid test before filming. This will make sure everyone is healthy and not risking the spread of Covid-19. Following this we will make sure to receive temperature checks regularly and follow covid guidelines when around others not working on the project. My sister Isabel Guerrero who is an adult will overlook this and make sure everything is ok.
When filming scenes involving a knife, we will get a prop knife that is plastic, making sure that isn't unable to cut anyone. These scenes will be overlooked by the safety team, making sure nothing dangerous is happening if anything does happen, the safety team will step in with a first aid kit.
