Planning blog: Storyboard

 In the following pictures, I will be showing the storyboard I created for my film. In this storyboard I will be showing a breakdown of the scenes that will be in my film, showing how they will look like. This step is very important as it will guide me when directing the film. Showing how each scene will look like will help me as I already will know how to film a scene and what angles to use. This is ultimately the directors vision in drawing form and hold the structure of how the film will look like.

  Schedule: 3/1/21- 3/2/21:   Actors will revive script and storyboard. This will give the actors time to take in the film and understand what they will do and prepare for their roles. During this time the actors will be able to ask any questions about the film and eliminate any confusion before filming. 3/3/21 All props and costumes will be gathered in order to prepare for filming to begin. Starting the Final Task

 My name is Juan Guerrero, I am currently in the 11th grade at Fort Lauderdale High School. I have taken four Aice classes including the classes i'm taking this year. If I pass all my Aice classes this year, I would be reward my Aice diploma. This school year I decided to take Aice Media Studies to explore the process of filming. Currently, I have expected everything from this course, challenging us to create film with including filming techniques like camera angles. So far, I have created 2 videos composing of a commercial and a music video. Now getting close to the end of the school year and near the Aice exams, I have been challenged with creating the final task. Enhancement in Filming and Editing

Being that this project was the second official filming project I had, their definitely things I changed during and after I finished the project. Although I knew I was happy with the results, there was still for improvement and with the time I had left before the music video was truly due thats what I did. If I felt that a scene should be reshot or edited more thats what I did. By doing this, I would make my film look better as I improved the shots took and the smoothness of the film. I believe making these changes truly helped my film as developed the storyline. One of the main reasons why I decided to change a few scenes is because of how I felt with them. Looking over the film and being "ok" with a scene didn't fit right with me and thats why I decided to change it by redoing them to improve camera quality and camera angles to better fit the screen.
